Dear Nat,

Thanks for the link to this article. It's interesting that Rachel Metz chose to define the kilogram in terms of the archaic 'pound'. I quote: 'If several scientists get their way, a 2.2-pound hunk of metal -- the international prototype of the kilogram -- may soon be out of style'.

Does this shows where her mindset is at?
