I installed it for Arnhem (it cannot find Nijmegen), but both cities are juist 16 km apart. I had some trouble with customizing it to metric. Air pressure is not given in mmHg in the end, but indeed in millibars.
There is no way to change time and date settings to ISO 8601, even though I have set my new computer to it, I have to 'enjoy' AM/PM time and MM-DD-YYYY when using this program.
(I have just bought a new computer and started to use it last Sunday).

they are using mb instead of hPa for atmospheric pressure. But wait....it gets worse! On their Windows Desktop Weather client (available for download at http://www.weather.com/services/desktop.html?from=dt_header&refer=dt_header ) they are using mm as a unit of pressure.
On my Desktop Weather Client I downloaded from them it is showing mb, not mmHg for pressure.  I have already written to them about their SI problems with the client, including that if you click on the forecast tab on the left and then click on the detailed forecast tab at the top it brings up old Imperial measures for temperature and wind speed, even though the client is set to use metric.
