My purpose of this post is NOT to argue, BUT to suggest What can be done! And, for SI-units, what should be thought to be done - if Metre is to belong to the *Metric SI-Units*.

That is nonsense. Pi is a mathematical constant and has been calculated to
millions of digits. There's even an algorithm that can be used to calculate
any digit (in hex) of pi without calculating all the previous digits. Pi is
irrational, which means its decimal (or any other base) representation
doesn't repeat. It's also transcendental, which means you can't find a
rational square equal in area to a rational circle, or a rational cube equal
in volume to a rational sphere, or so on. It's not like the speed of light,
which was the subject of measurement until the BIPM decided to fix it.
