Mixed drinks of more than two liquids (i.e. cocktails) are not regulated. >What about wine? Wine served by the glass = multiples of either 125 or 175 ml. The glass must be stamped (approved) or the bar staff must use a stamped measuring device. Wine served by the carafe = multiples of 250 ml. The carafe must be stamped.
