I think this is the woman I saw. She had short blond hair and was sitting
in an office. There seems to have been a 2-nd woman that one can view on
the CNN website with black hair standing outside a building and also saying
she was 15~20 m away.
Thus there are two people using metric.

Yes, I saw the clip on CNN. The host introduced the clip saying they were
about to interview a woman who had been "about 50 feet away" from the bus
bombing. She then came on and, as you report, said she had been 15 to 20
meters away. Later she said she had family in South Africa and I don't
know
if she is British or South African, though she had a credible British
accent
--- not quite public school, though.
