Who can I contact to voice my opposition.....
Reference my [USMA:33771] on streamlining the *time unit (sd), the length unit (m') via arcAngle leading to define 'Nautical Kilometre (NKm')* and emerging solution for Reform of the Gregorian Calendar. I understand your 'concern' to resist. BUT, why resist for resistance sake and find voices to oppose? Instead FIND means and methods to PLUG *blackholes that have defied the very roots of SI-Metric System* to remain incomplete. What all can be done to make it effectively more coherent, concise and compressive - in short, to LINK with the length unit 'metre' to belong to the Metric System; and hence Le Systeme Internationale d'Unites? While a solution is in sight, for an Easiest, Surest and Cheapest proposition.....you look for 'voices to oppose'. Be reasonsble to development of Technology & progressive science, I submit. Like I said, July 31 may be shifted to beome February 29 during all YEARS, making FOUR equal 'quarters' of 52-weeks; and the calendar can become the *World Calendar for ALL Ages* by keeping December 31 outside of Calendar Format, as a World Day 'but part of the year' unless resorts to follow my proposed *div.6 using symmetrically placed* Leap Weeks scheme, as 53rd Week during the year of its occurance. I recall the 'first' communication that I received from Director BIPM dated 1972 February 17 that kept me encouraged.....to STOP NOT...till I live.
