Couldn’t agree more.  Our office is 21.5 degrees C and I notice the difference immediately if it is 21 or 22.

I thing it is a good idea that the thermostats now come with 0.5 degree increments.  Our old BMW had such a device and it was a good idea than and still is.

 

I disagree with those who say that 1 degree C is the smallest temperature difference one can feel.  Not true.  We set our house thermostat to the exact degree desired (in F, I must confess), and I can tell the difference between one degree F.

 

This is a real issue and must be dealt with.  The way to do it is with the 0.5 degree C option.
