Who pays for the sign to be metricated again should a date be fixed in the

I guess they have to realize that the procedure for
"correcting" a sign is to report it to the proper
authorities and wait for the sign be corrected,
instead of taking matters into their own hands and
pulling down the sign or changing it themselves.
