I didn't. I concluded that the ounce is more precise now that it is defined by 
the meter, which is defined by an electromagnetic wave, than it was when it 
was defined by the artifact that Britain kept as a yard standard. Of course 
the meter is also more precise now than when it was defined by the meter bar. 
The ounce is 1/3 as precise as the meter.
