Yes, it would not be 'ignorance vs arrogance' if we did upgrade to Metric
Measuring Norms *not only from Yards to Metres BUT also to enhanced length
of the Metre to define: New metre (m') as: *1/10^5th of arcAngle Pi/180 (one
degree) at Earth's curvature 'considered to be a hypothetical sphere of
radius 6371 km*. This shall define the non-existing defintion for Nautical
Kilometre; and also link 'length unit' to time unit using 24x100x100 decimal
seconds, each of 36% of SI-second.
I consider and call 'Metric System - METRIC' if related to length unit (time
inclusive)!
