I suggest that, if you can't find one, you put one on your own site. If you
need help with the programming, I can write PHP, but probably won't have the
time until November.

Thanks for the suggestion and the offer of help. We have people on
staff who can do this, but I was hoping to find something already on-line.
On the other hand, if we do it ourselves we can tailor it to
engineers, plus incorporate suggestions you folks may have once we finish it.
