I know of a great many.  A lot of people still talk in terms of miles, as
this is what is displayed on their car instruments, but this is no longer
present on all cars shipped since the start of the year, so its influence
will wane as time goes on.

The use of kilometers in speech has been increasing in recent years
increase.  The publicity of the speed sign changeover has accelerated it
further.
