Stan I am attaching a PDF version of Stan's file. FWIW -- not everyone uses Microsoft Word, and files that are not intended to be edited are better sent in PDF format than in DOC format. The PDF format is more universal, retains formatting features better, cannot carry viruses (which DOC files can), etc. If you don't want to spring for Adobe Acrobat (7.0 Standard runs about $90), you can get a free PDF printer driver from www.pdf995.com.
