In a story about the effects of global warming in Australia at CNN.com, we
can see where using duel units leads to errors:
"...But emissions would still increase over today's levels, with some
environmental groups calculating a 100 percent rise by 2050, resulting in a
temperature increase of 4 C (5 F). ..."
Since Australia is metric, we can take the metric temperature as
authoritative. In which case, the conversion should be 7 F
