I agree with that. My only problem is the sales and marketing people need the okay from their bosses On High to do things like that, and if the people from On High don't agree with it or have a personal beef against metrication, the initiative is dead in the water. That's what has happened with the FPLA, many many companies would love to support itand the government itself supports it but no one is willing to come out and do so publicly, for fear of the publics anger or their own fears. That plus the FMI continues to be a major stumbling block to adopting it :).

Until that changes we're going to have a long uphill battle. I wonder if the EU is dead serious on the 2010 deadline or if it will extend it again like they have done previously? I hope they are serious as it'd finally force some sort of change.
