I'm not a lawyer, but it seems it could be argued that if they are only distributing in states which permit metric-only labeling.....

Pro-metric as I may be, I'm also pro-legal.  Doesn't this make Milton's a
scofflaw? Isn't it a violation of the current FPLA to omit WOMBAT units on
U.S. packaging?

Subject: [USMA:36445] Metric product package in USA

This is the package from a small bag of crackers that a family member
received as a 'freebie' at a cooking show that she recently attended
here in the Appleton, WI area.  The only 'Olde Englische' measures on
the entire package are 'calories' on the nutrition facts panel.

In case it is hard to read, the address on the right side is "PRODUCT OF
USA/Distributed by Milton's Baking Company/3702 Via De La Valle, Suite
202/Del Mar, CA  92014/www.miltonsbaking.com".

(The crackers were pretty good, too. :-) )

Enjoy!
