I have reasons to believe and 'submit' that it is NOT the superiority of mental faculty that play into THIS factual response, among US citizens. The fact cannot be ignored that US were the first among countries who went *metric and/or decimalization* by signing the Metre Convention; yet they bargained to bet along and insisted that non-metric units shall survive. May be ONE argument that could have led to this situation was: *Like I propound: 'If Le System Internationale d'Unites (SI) be language of technocrat WORLD, Why opt Time & Calendar out?'*
Time is ripe to give this a thought and VERY serious consideration, for America to keep leading World Standards. I ahve attempted to provide some useful INPUT: see http://www.brijvij.com/ and my discussions with  [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [email protected] between April 2002 thro......
It is unfortunate, I am at fag end and NOT many employers would want my services. My profile is placed at: http://www.brijvij.com/Brij_Profile.doc.
