I saw one LED night-stand model at a consumer electronics store in Quebec city last week, which isn't surprising since Quebec uses 24h format on all official signs and many private businesses. I have a Radio Shack LED model from the early 90's, when briefly most Radio Shack alarm clocks had a 12/24h switch.
You best bet today is to check an amateur radio house such as MFJ Enterprises: http://www.mfjenterprises.com/products.php?catid=135 which usually has a good supply.
