He did use "Centigrade" instead of "Celsius", but otherwise it's an article I can agree with.
I'm sure converting to metric is fairly low on the priority list of the Democrats, but perhaps that will come up before the next Presidential election. Even starting a serious conversion process should help give impetus to the UKMA and others who support converting road signs in the UK, which would be all to the good.
