Mike,

When you repeat your speech on dosages of medication, I suggest you display a 
one liter container of water with a statement that the water inside has a mass 
of one kilogram;  and display a piece of paper (or foil) having a mass of one 
milligram.

Serum concentrations are usually given in micrograms per deciliter.  Nurses in 
training should also learn this fact.
There is *no* non-metric unit in current medical practice for serum 
concentrations which is accepted as a "dual unit"!

That is an unacceptable proviso in my opinion.
