Does anyone know how to set Yahoo Mail to display ISO8601 time/date format?

I had Cingular until August 2005, but left because of their TDMA/GSM conversion problems. I had a phone that got both networks, until they informed me they were turning off the TDMA backup. I subsequently informed them I was turning off Cingular. When my contract is up this fall I may shop for a better VZW phone, or give Cingular another try since GSM conversion is now about complete.
