Calm down!
I've posted responses to others but you have to admit that your posts are
particularly "special".
God hates non metric, Fahrenheit's blood was "all wrong" and meanwhile the
dollar is still "just about to collapse" whilst you open a DVD sales outlet
within a measurement based discussion board selling what appears to be
anti-american stuff.
You insult anything to do with anyone involved with non-metric (or even 'not
metric enough') even making a extremist critique of someone who was using
satire in a humorous take on the situation. You want to turn people who use
imperial terms into criminals. I think you should ask proper "pro-metrics"
whether you are a good ambassador for the metric system in the USA.
And when it comes to obsession, I haven't spent hours of my personal life
trying to IP track you and find out where you live and work, have I? Care
to tell everyone the name of the pub closest to me like you did on another
board?
If I were anti-metric I would love someone like you to exist on a board like
this because, without you even realising it, you are doing more damage to
the metric cause than any anti-metric could ever do. I'm not anti-metric
so, as would be natural, I have the right to comment on some (only some, not
even a handful) of your posts. Currently I still have the freedom to do
this as I come from the UK which, just like the US, allows freedom of speech
- something you have always admitted to hating. You'd prefer I (or people
like me) didn't have that right.
That's all I have to say on this point - I won't extend this very off topic
thread any further.
