Here (the UK) we are being told that exporting to the US might be affected
slightly, not importing from the US (which we are told will be positive).
And apparently Brits are flocking to the US to snap up bargains based on the
strong pound (not the weak dollar).
Erm. What's this got to do with measurements (ie "in reality")? This is
economics.

Have you noticed that despite the ever sinking dollar, it is not
translating into increased exports of >American made products?
Daniels concern is understandable! The fact American Tax payer is getting
'taxed due to depleting - export policy' in their refusal to opt for GOING
METRIC. It is time this trend is checked NOW, before it gets too late. For
