Gary Brown, the Metric Today editor, has updated the FPLA issues page <http://lamar.colostate.edu/~hillger/fpla-update.html> to mention that the NIST report includes the proposed FPLA amendment. He also updated the text of the law on the FPLA page <http://lamar.colostate.edu/~hillger/laws/fpla.html> to show the proposed wording that would legalize metric-only labels.
