It's not exactly the same thread, but it is the same message board. I think it's a bit suspect that the *only* reference anywhere on the web to this proposed change is on that one website, with no verifiable source material.

I don't think it's the same link I was and would be surprised if the
propsal was from both 2005 and 2007.
