Thursday I went to a store which is frequented by Latinos to get some frozen fruits such as uchuva and marañón which are available only at such stores. I also got some tomatoes and cilantro and bananas. The tomatoes and cilantro are for salsa cruda, and the recipe calls for 600 g of tomatoes. I asked the manager if she could put a metric scale in the produce department, mentioning the recipe. I didn't say that I had come up with the recipe myself. Now if I had 600 kg of tomatoes, and 100 kg of onions, and so on, would I make nano de gallo?
