Well, I was poking around new from Quebec and switched to the English language world by checking out the Montreal Gazette online. (I used to live up there briefly and many moons ago.) I noticed the link they had for weather and decided to check it out:
http://www.canada.com/findit/weather/forecast.aspx?city=montreal&rg=qc The page has only SI units and no switch that I could find to display in Imperial. Even better than the BBC (since they have a switch and even in metric they show wind speed in mph, I believe). My only quibble (and it is, indeed, that) is that they use am/pm for sunrise and sunset. Gives me hope the USA can get there some day. Ezra
