[USMA:39846] Study that shows that Americans understand metric better?

Do any of you know where it is? I'm writing an essay about metric, and I'd 
like to include this. I looked in the archive, but it goes back only to 
2006-04, and maybe it's in there but I didn't recognize it from the subject 
line.
