I wrote to them about that years ago, several times actually - did no good. I don't think anyone there was capable of understanding what I was talking about; as far as they were concerned, "k" meant "kilometer" as "m" meant "miles so adding the "ph" after both made sense to them. Probably due to all the "10k" road race promoters, no thanks to them either ...
