"Very readable and understandable." -- apart from the miles per gallon.
Did it not mention litres or kilometres at all? Also, did it mention

The Christian Science Monitor (2008-01-11 issue) published a picture
of India's Tata Motors new car headlined as "World's cheapest car."
It's called the Nano priced at $2,500. The picture showed the
dimensions in metric with English units in parentheses:
"3.1 meters (122 inches)" long; "1.5 m (60 in.)" wide; "1.6 m (63
inches)" tall.
The source was Tata Motors.
It also said the Tata has a "2-cylinder 600 cc multipoint
fuel-injection petrol engine" and "averages about 50 miles per gallon."
Very readable and understandable.
