Dear All,

I just searched the web site of 'Education Week' at http:// www.edweek.org/ew/index.html for the term metric system.

This expression was not used at all within the last 12 months and my search for metric system in their archives only produced false findings like 'the metrics of the education system'.

If the Education Week claim that it:

'is the one site top educators visit on a regular basis'

is correct, then there appears to be not much happening on the metric system education front in USA schools.

Cheers,

Pat Naughtin
