Slide 10 is "10.000 km", labeled "Severní hemisféra Země a část Jižní 
Ameriky", i.e. "Northern hemisphere of Earth and part of South America". The 
part of South America is included because the straight-line distance from the 
North Pole to the Equator is only 9 Mm; 10 Mm is the geodesic distance. The 
Florida slide is 10^6.
