The "prostrate" vs. "prostate" error was humorously dealt with a number of
years ago in an episode of NYPD Blue.  Detective Andy Sipowicz made the
mistake and was annoyed at the end of the show that no one had corrected him
earlier, which would have spared him much embarrassment.
