Ernie, I visited the Web pages of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying; new name, and new symbol NCEES replacing NCEE.
There was no indication of composition of the Fundamentals (FE) examination with respect to choices of SI or non-SI problems that I could find in the study materials available in PDF format. Next, I plan to ask NCEES by e-mail on SI emphasis if any.
