if & only if it related to Length Unit - METRE - as I have been advocating in
my posts since early 2002 on this list!
I have often taken this stand since I had my base document published through
Bureau of Indian Standards; The Metric Second (1973 April). This is the only
way New Length unit Metre (m') and New Time interval (decimal Second - sd) can
be linked to avoid double coinfusion persisting among experts & professionals,
apart from children in portals of education. Please see:
