A hectare is 10000 square meters, so 200 square hectares is 2E10 m⁴.

The quartic millimeter is used in statics, but as there is no name for the 
quartic meter other than the quartic meter, and deci- and centi- are avoided, 
the quantities are usually written as n×10⁶ mm⁴, which is the usual order of 
magnitude.
