Grams per kilometer, please? Or milligrams per meter? I don't care how long
the French have been using litres au cent, it's bad form to put a number in
the denominator of a unit, and it violates the principle of 1000. And the
gasoline consumption should be expressed in the same unit, so that they can
be directly compared, as well as liters per megameter (or microliters per
meter).

Also, anyone writing about hydrogen as a fuel should avoid saying "gas" for
gasoline, as hydrogen is a gas.
