A popular and ubiquitous Ontario, Canada pizza chain often distributes coupons
for "Two slices and a 20 oz. bottled soft drink".

At least they list the sizes as "591ml" [sic] on their take-away menus and
in-store menu boards.  Other beverage sizes listed include 355ml cans, 710ml
bottles, 500ml milk, and 473ml iced teas and juices.

Pizza sizes at this chain are described in terms of slices.  I have never seen
a pizza shop in Canada that describes pizza sizes in centimeters, only by
number of slices or more commonly in inches.  Same deal with sub sandwiches
(e.g. "8 inch subs").  Has anybody seen pizzas or sandwiches described in
metric terms in Canada?
