Dear All,

I happened on this web site at http://www.edweek.org/ew/index.html and thought that they might have some thoughts on metric system education in the USA. However, a search for the words metric system (without quotes) resulted in 4 references that referred to system and systems and that used the word metric and metrics only in the sense of using the right metrics or choosing another metric.

It would appear that the metric system has not been thought worthy of consideration by these magazines in the last 12 months.

For information about who runs this web site go to

Cheers,

Pat Naughtin
