I think that the flyer should be in English on one side and one other language
on the other. It would be too much to ask a Hispanic or me to pass out flyers
in an area where Chinese, Vietnamese, Koreans, and Hmong throng; I don't know
them apart by sound, let alone speak them. But I can tell Francophones and
Hispanics apart and hand them the appropriate flyer.

How's this for text?:

15 USC ยง205b1. It is therefore the declared policy of the United States to
designate the metric system of measurement as the preferred system of weights
and measures for United States trade and commerce;

This means, for instance, that when you buy groceries, you have the right to
ask for 400 g of chicken or weigh tomatoes in grams in the produce section.
The price, also, should be indicated per gram or per kilogram. When you rent
an apartment, you have the right to ask how many square meters it is. When
you buy a thermometer, you have the right to get one in degrees Celsius.

I'm thinking A7 size; does that sound right to you?
