The normal link is
http://physics.nist.gov/Pubs/SP330/contents.html
The link provided by doing a Google search is
http://www.google.com/interstitial?url=http://physics.nist.gov/Pubs/SP330/contents.html
and that leads to a page warning that "visiting this web site may harm
your computer!"
The link provided by doing a Yahoo search is

Gary has suggested that the Yahoo link is a normal Yahoo redirect
practice, but that does not explain the Google link. If this is not a
hack job on the NIST website, perhaps it's one of those "Google bombs"
that has been in the news lately.

I just googled "NIST SP 330" and it appears that something strange is

Clicking on one of those provides a special page with a Google Malware
warning.
Yahoo does not provide such warning but the normal page link has a bunch
of code inserted, probably a diversion tactic.
Looks like we've been hacked, Uncle Sam!
