I sent this two days ago and quickly sent USMA a copy. The list server did not broadcast it, so I'm trying again. This time I will omit the URL that I had cited in my email to the NWS. Maybe that's what the list server choked on.

Dear Webmaster,

I am greatly enjoying the use of your localized weather forecast page for my area in metric units.

But I notice a formatting error on wind speeds. You use "kmh" as the unit (which would mean "kilometer hours", similar to kilowatt hours) but the correct format is "km/h" (kilometers per hour).

While I am very grateful for seeing temperatures in degrees Celsius, it would be cool (pardon the pun) to see the symbol. The HTML tag ° can be used to make the small, raised circle, which is immediately followed by the "C". Of course, there is a space between the number and the symbol (not between the circle and the C!) just as you are currently putting a space between the number and the unit symbol for wind speeds.

Notwithstanding these small points, well done on providing a metric forecast for my local area! Further, I am impressed by its meteorological "skill"; it is usually right on at the 24 hour forecast and very close on the others.
