I just now got an email from the Webmaster on my email of Feb 17,
letting me know that "kmh" has been changed to "km/h" on this page.
Now, that personal response is a nice touch! Kudos NWS!
Embedded in that was an email from another person in NOAA citing a
previous request of mine. Apparently it pays to repeat one's suggestion
after a polite amount of time has passed.
