What is this supposed to mean? The vast majority of this United States never thinks about the metric system. Why does a company have its "head in the sand" if it is not catering to such a niche demographic? They are right in thinking that nobody wants it. If people did want it they would have it. They are just catering to their audience. I want metric in the US as much as anyone else on this list, but that doesn't mean I expect others to cater to my fascination with the metric system. Perhaps you have your head in the sand. Can't you see that at this time most people are not asking for brochures that include SI units? Most people speak of engines in terms of liters, so I think we're getting somewhere.
