To all you diligent supporters of an FPLA which will permit metric- only labeling; there is an error in SECTION 1,(a) of my Fourth Draft of FPLA 2010.

Can you find it?

Dear Gene,

In the paragraph:

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That this Act may be cited as the “Fair Packaging and Labeling Act of 2010” or “FPLA 2010”.

I am uncomfortable with the comma between the word, 'assembled' and the word, That.

Would one of these be better depending on your intention:

assembled. That
assembled: That
assembled, that
