Urvi Shah at NIST telephoned me this morning, and tells me she is inundated with registrations and requests for access--more than 100 requests in the last 48 hours. She is working steadily at reviewing these requests. Apparently, completing these reviews will take more than the previously promised "one business day" that the original announcement suggested.
