Sirs:United States have had the 'Stay put' experience, in the hope that some 
day 'public shall' veto adoption of Metric norms BUT experience is proving 
otherwise, then to follow in line with Le Systeme Internationale 
d'Unites.During my 'zeroing into to Reform of the Gregorian Calendar (with Leap 
Days/or Leap Weeks)' my investigations led me to believe that it may be harmful 
for United States to delay examination of the calendar question, in order to 
lead rest of the world 'devising' a viable definition for Metric/Decimalised 
unit for time (sd) that also linked Arc-Angle, to define Unit for length - 
Metre New (m') like *1/10^5th of arc-Angle pi/180*. Please see:
