It definitely is NOT for me - a man migrant form 'snake land INDIA' to convince
Amereican world that the longer they stay away from Metrication the greater
shall be the cost of coversion and hence ADOPTION, if at all favouring Le
Systeme Internationale d'Unites (SI in all languages). What is wrong if America
went with rest of the world to import perodecys that the industry needs here
made to International norms & standards?

Let America ponder and THINK METRIC:

(a) to follow SI norms;

(b) same billions of converting 'industry standards' later;

(c) be the 'first nation' on planet to show willingness opting to adoption of
'newer line' to BRIDGE the gap(s) in Time-Length-Arc Angle when thought in
togatherness, see: http://www.brijvij.com/bb_deci-sec-nu-mtr.pdf;

(d) the plan could be implemented in phases, as I have always thought &
suggested. My calendar plan: http://www.brijvij.com/bb_metro-contrbn.2007.pdf

using 'thoughts' from a child/man-on-street point of view - NO or MINIMAL
changes - the Easiest,Surest and least costliest to public pocket/funds;

(e) tough selling, I suppose is in minds and NOT in reality - especially when
'unimaginable wealth - in savings lie ahead', I did see in due course. If &
only if implemented in thought & spirit.

Subject: [USMA:45441] why we have a tough sell on U.S. metrication
Date: Sun, 26 Jul 2009 11:49:22 -0500

I fear it is going to be increasingly diffucult for us to explain to the
American people why we should go metric. There might be some things we're
going to have to explain first.
