Some of you may find this article of interest.  Without saying so specifically, 
it looks like NASA may have to cancel the Constellation program.  Seems it 
won't be able to fund it, at least for the next 20 years.

The program could have been funded with international cooperation, but it seems 
NASA was never interested.  The decision to develop the Constellation project 
using English units instead of metric sealed the fate of the project simply 
because it cut off the rest of the world from participating.   NASA 
specifically and the US generally needs to realize quickly that it needs the 
rest of the world to keep it financed and making decisions that can isolate the 
US or its institutions is counter-productive.
