Dear Mike,
I have been invited to do another national radio broadcast to talk
about measurement and this will include talk-back radio from all over
Australia. This is on ABC Radio's Overnights program with Trevor
Chappell and it will be broadcast from Melbourne at 4:30 in the
morning of Tuesday September 29. As it is a national broadcast it will
also be broadcast from your local ABC station near you, but I don't
know what time it will be where you are. I suppose you know this anyway.
The last one of these that I did went for half an hour and, later, I
had people contact me from many places including Perth, Broome, and
Charleville.
If you want to hear the broadcast and you are not in Australia at that
time, you can still hear it by 'streaming' the program live from http://www.abc.net.au/overnights/listen.htm
where you can get the software and help to receive ABC programs, but
you will not be able to download it later as they will not do a podcast.
At 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Geelong time, it will be 19:30 (7:30 p.m.) on
Monday in London, 11:30 a.m. on Monday in Los Angeles, and 14:30 (2:30
p.m.) on Monday in New York. You can work out other times for your
location from http://dateandtime.com
